By downloading, installing, or using NightMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
NightMind is an AI-powered dream journal application that allows users to:
- Record and store dream entries
- Use voice-to-text for dream recording
- Receive AI-generated dream analysis
- Generate AI video visualizations of dreams
- Track dream patterns and statistics
User Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features of NightMind require a subscription or one-time purchase. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Manage subscriptions through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Abuse or exploit the AI features for purposes other than dream journaling
- Share your account credentials with others
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all dream content you create in the App. By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
AI-Generated Content
Dream analyses and videos are generated by AI and are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. They should not be considered professional psychological or medical advice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI interpretations will be accurate or meaningful
- Your data will never be lost (we recommend regular exports)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clutch Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
